This home is a great for a builders special or someone who wants fixer upper to make their own just 10-15 minutes from downtown. Set outside of town just a short distance off of Highlands Rd on Bee Tree Ln sits this large home and separate workshop with 4 garage bays capable of fitting 6 cars. The workshop has its own water (currently disconnected), water heater, hvac system( do not know if it works) and lighting with cinder block wall construction.
