Mark Brooks did a fantastic job getting our house sold! He is a consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. He guided us in how to set our asking price, when to lower it, how to negotiate and all the steps in between. I appreciated how Mark gave us sound advice but allowed us to make the decisions we needed to make. And he was always available; if he didn't answer immediately, he would get back to us quickly. Mark was fabulous in helping us find a home in the area. We moved from Idaho to NC, so we came in with very little knowledge and Mark definitely picked out the best locations. He helped in the whole process through closing, and even a month or two after closing he was responsive in answering our questions.
